1. Plans and Pricing

TokRouter offers several subscription plans (hereinafter the "Plans") whose details — price in euros, number of monthly credits included, associated features — are available on the Site's pricing page (/pricing).

Each Plan entitles the User to a certain number of monthly credits. One (1) credit corresponds to a value of one (1) US dollar (USD) of AI model consumption via the TokRouter platform, calculated according to the applicable rates of model providers.

Displayed prices are in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (TTC). TokRouter reserves the right to offer temporary promotional offers whose specific conditions will be specified at the time of the offer.

2. Subscription and Payment

Subscription to a Plan is carried out online on the Site. Payment is processed exclusively by Stripe, a payment service provider certified PCI-DSS Level 1. TokRouter neither stores nor directly processes credit card data.

By subscribing to a Plan, the User authorizes Stripe to debit the corresponding amount according to the chosen periodicity (monthly or annual). The subscription is only final after payment confirmation by Stripe.

The User warrants that they have the necessary authorizations to use the payment method provided. In the event of payment rejection, access to the Service's paid features will be suspended until regularization.

3. Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions are taken out for a fixed term (monthly or annual) and are automatically renewed at each due date, unless terminated by the User before the renewal date.

Cancellation may be carried out at any time from the User's account settings ("Settings" or "Subscription" section). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period. No pro-rata refund is made for the remaining period.

Upon cancellation, the User retains access to the Service until the end of the paid period. Unused credits at that date are forfeited.

4. No Right of Withdrawal

Since the Service provides digital services and credits for immediate use, and in accordance with Swiss law, there is no right of withdrawal after purchase.

Every Plan subscription or credit top-up is final and non-refundable.

5. Politique de remboursement

Payments made are final and non-refundable. No refund will be granted for active subscription plans or credits purchased.

• Downgrade: when switching from a higher Plan to a lower Plan, no refund or credit is granted. The new rate applies at the next renewal.
• Upgrade: when switching from a lower Plan to a higher Plan, the amount already paid for the current period is deducted on a pro-rata temporis basis.
• Additional credits: the purchase of additional credit packs is final and non-refundable.

6. Credit System

Each Plan includes a monthly credit allocation, the number of which is specified in the Plan description. One (1) credit equals one (1) US dollar (USD) of AI model usage value.

Credit consumption is calculated in real time based on model provider rates, converted to USD then to credits. TokRouter displays consumption in the User interface with a slight technical lag inherent to asynchronous accounting systems.

Unused monthly credits at the end of the billing period are not carried forward to the next period, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the Plan description.

Additional credits may be purchased separately ("credit packs"). These additional credits do not expire as long as the account remains active.

7. Price Changes

TokRouter reserves the right to modify the prices of its Plans at any time. Any price change will be communicated to affected Users by email at least thirty (30) days before it takes effect.

In the event of a price change, the User may cancel their subscription before the effective date of the new pricing. Failing cancellation, the new rate will apply at the next renewal.

Price reductions apply automatically at the next renewal, with no action required from the User.

8. Payment Security

All transactions are secured by the TLS (Transport Layer Security) protocol and processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified provider. TokRouter does not collect or store credit card numbers, visual cryptograms (CVV), or expiration dates.

The User is solely responsible for securing their browsing environment and device. TokRouter shall not be held liable for the consequences of a compromise of the payment method attributable to the User.

In the event of fraudulent use of a payment method, the User is invited to immediately contact their bank and inform TokRouter at contact@mattok.ch.
